Consulting Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation and Reschedule guideline for On-Site Consulting

Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.

Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or mail. You are responsible for ensuring that HRH Princess Rachel Belle’s Assistants receives your written request. They will reply with a written acknowledgement.

Attendees must cancel more than seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date to receive a full refund less any expenses incurred. Cancellation requests received four to seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date will result in a credit towards attendance at a future scheduled meeting, taking place within six months of the original purchase date.

Cancellations made three or less business days prior to the consulting date, or failure to appear for the consulting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee.

Rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted. If you do not attend a consulting meeting within six months from the original purchase date, the entire consulting fee will be forfeited. Additional expenses will be charged as appropriate.

HRH Princess Rachel Belle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consulting at any time. If HRH Princess Rachel Belle cancels or reschedules the consulting due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HRH Princess Rachel Belle, you are entitled to re-schedule the consulting, but HRH Princess Rachel Belle is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

If HRH Princess Rachel Belle cancels the consulting meeting which you booked, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Cancellation and Reschedule Guidelines for Distance-Based Consulting

Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or mail. You are responsible for ensuring that HRH Princess Rachel Belle’s Assistants received your written request. HRH Princess Rachel Belle’s Assistants will reply with written acknowledgement.

If you cancel more than seven business days prior to the first day of consulting, your consulting fee will be fully refunded.

If you cancel seven or less business days prior to the first day of the consulting meeting, 50% of the consulting fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made with less than two business days notice prior to the consulting meeting date, or failure to appear for the consulting meeting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee.

Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of two business days notice. If possible, consulting will be rescheduled to another available time slot, preferably within two weeks of the originally scheduled date. The rescheduled consulting meeting must take place within three months. If the web-based consulting meeting has not taken place within three months of the original date, HRH Princess Rachel Belle will consider the consulting cancelled by you, and all deposits, fees and remaining balance will be forfeited. Due to the fact that HRH Princess Rachel Belle reserves the dates you schedule for your personal use thereby preventing us from scheduling consulting for other customers on those date(s), rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted.

If you encounter IT problems that cause the start of the consulting meeting is to be delayed by 15 minutes or more, we may proceed and complete the consulting meeting if possible and if time permits. If not, we will work with you to reschedule the consulting meeting to the next available opening, which may or may not be the same day.

HRH Princess Rachel Belle reserves the right to cancel a consulting meeting at any time. If HRH Princess Rachel Belle cancels the consulting meeting due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HRH Princess Rachel Belle, you are entitled to re-schedule the consulting meeting based upon availability.

HRH Princess Rachel Belle the right to reschedule a consulting meeting at any time. If HRH Princess Rachel Belle reschedules a consulting meeting due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HRH Princess Rachel Belle, the consulting meeting will continue at the next available time that is convenient for you. HRH Princess Rachel Belle is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or reschedule.
